The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Commerce advises the general public that, individuals applying for non-resident/tourist visas to the United States of America and Canada; for recreational, business and other purposes should do so well in advance of their proposed date of travel. 

His Excellency Dr. Jaushieh Joseph Wu, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of China (Taiwan) will visit St. Vincent and the Grenadines on Wednesday May 29 – 30, 2019 as part of his official tour of the Caribbean.

Hospitality and Culinary Arts Students who are working towards an Associate Degree at the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Community College (SVGCC) now have an opportunity to go on to attain a Bachelors degree at the University of Southern Caribbean (USC), thanks to Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that was signed at the college yesterday.

Vincentians are being urged to use mediation as an alternative means to settle disputes outside the court system.  This call was made by several speakers at the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court (ECSC) Launch of a Mediation Public Awareness Campaign.

Mediation puts power into people’s hands to determine the best solutions to their problems.  This, according to Her Ladyship, the Hon. Dame Janice Pereira DBE, LL.D, Chief Justice of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court (ECSC).
